Ā "Buoy is a Whoodle (a Wheaton Terrier/Poodle mix). We rescued her from a local family when she was a few months old. She was one of three "surprise" puppies and exactly what we were looking for! She had already been given a name but my kids wanted to pick their own name for her. When we would take her to the lake she would walk in and sit right down, just staying there, not interested in swimming at all. One of us said she was like a buoy out in the water and the name stuck!"Ā Ā
